Job Responsibilities
The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department and lead a team of field technicians and customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and business growth.
- Lead and manage HVAC field technicians and customer service representatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Recruit, train, and develop service team members.
- Oversee post-sales contract management from initial service call through collections.
- Manage operational processes including dispatching, parts and inventory control, repair proposals, invoicing, and contract renewals.
- Support technicians with technical guidance and troubleshooting when required.
- Drive growth, efficiency, and retention of commercial and industrial HVAC service clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams with integrity.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
