Skilled Sheet Metal Field Staff needed for our team.
Triton Services Inc. is a well-established Mechanical Contractor serving industrial and commercial accounts throughout the Tri- State. We are searching for experienced Sheet Metal workers for Permanent, Full-Time Employment to keep up with our growing backlog of work.
Successful applicants must have demonstrated experience with Commercial Installations.

Sales Manager – Cincinnati

Our Sales Manager’s main objective is to grow the local Commercial Industrial HVAC & Plumbing Services sales; to recruit, train and develop a top notch sales force; meet our high standard of service quality and ethics, and stimulate business growth.
If you are a driven professional and an excellent communicator, with at least 5 years sales management experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, you could be the perfect candidate for our growing company.
The best candidates will exceed budget by generating new Preventative Maintenance (PM) sales while providing Account Management Services to existing PM and Non-PM customers; including identifying customers with growth potential and developing those potentials.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years Sales experience in the Mechanical Industry.
Experience in HVAC sales is a plus.
Compensation will be a base salary + commissions + car allowance (health insurance, 401k, vacation & sick time)
