Triton Services Inc. is a well-established mechanical contractor serving commercial and industrial clients throughout the Tri-State area. Due to our continued growth and strong project backlog, we are currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal Field Staff for permanent, full-time employment.
This position is ideal for skilled sheet metal professionals who have hands-on experience with commercial HVAC installations and enjoy working in a fast-paced field environment.
Job Overview
Successful applicants must have proven experience performing sheet metal work on commercial projects. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently as part of a professional installation team.
We are also actively seeking experienced Foremen who have demonstrated leadership in managing crews on projects of various sizes.
Responsibilities
- Install sheet metal components for commercial HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Collaborate with installation teams to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship on job sites.
- Lead field crews and coordinate project tasks (Foreman positions).
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial sheet metal installations.
- Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Leadership experience preferred for Foreman roles.
