Triton Services, Inc. seeks a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to develop client relationships, generate new business, and sell HVAC and plumbing services to commercial and industrial customers. Commercial HVAC sales experience preferred.

Triton Services, Inc. is a leading commercial and industrial contractor serving the Tri-State area. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales – Account Executive to expand our operations in the Cincinnati and surrounding markets.

This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting Triton Services’ HVAC and Plumbing solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is to actively market and sell Triton Services’ HVAC and plumbing capabilities to commercial and industrial end-use customers and building owners. Offerings include preventative maintenance agreements and retrofit opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, and end-user customers.
  • Identify, prospect, and target new customers to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update sales funnel activity on a daily basis.
  • Provide the Sales Manager with a weekly report of sales plans, targets, and activities.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver timely estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Pursue and secure multi-year preventative maintenance agreements for HVAC and plumbing services.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to building owners and decision makers.
  • Strong organizational, prospecting, and planning abilities.
  • Experience with cold calling, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales at multiple management levels.
  • Previous sales experience in commercial HVAC is preferred.
